Martine Gill

Martine is an experienced educational leader with 30 years in Queensland state education, and over 20 years in school leadership. Martine has been Principal of Clover Hill State School since 2019, she has led significant school improvement through evidence-informed teaching, shared pedagogical practice, professional learning, plus strong community partnerships. Martine is a member of the Board of the Queensland Association of State School Principals. She is a strong advocate for curriculum, teaching and learning through her representation on numerous statewide committees. She holds a Master of Education with Honours in Educational Leadership. Martine was named a 2026 Excellence Awardee for School Principal of the Year, Government. Clover Hill was also named a 2026 Excellence Awardee for Primary School of the Year, Government.
