Dr Susan O’Donnell is a lifelong learner with a PhD and Masters in Education, Masters in Counselling, Graduate Diploma in School Management and several diplomas in Religious Studies. She is a highly experienced teacher, educational leader, principal consultant and author with a career that spans several decades. Working in the UK, New Zealand and Australia, her areas of special interest and expertise include School Organisational Culture, Leadership Development and Curriculum Design. She has a wide experience as a presenter of Professional Development across these areas, designing materials and resources which are thoroughly researched and widely used in a range of educational sectors
