Dr Bridianne O’Dea is a Senior Research Fellow in youth mental health at the Black Dog Institute, UNSW Sydney. She is passionate about improving mental health service delivery in Australian schools. O’Dea’s research is focused on creating highly accessible mental health programs that proactively reach out to young people through schools, health services and within the community. Her research integrates the disciplines of public health and psychology with computer science to design and test internet solutions to treatment gaps that are scalable and low cost, but also engaging and translational.
