Luke began his work in education as a teacher, and then school leader, working for over 15 years in the Government secondary system. Whilst working in schools he completed the Master of School Leadership at the University of Melbourne researching the area of ‘Using student voice to inform teacher professional learning’. He is currently completing a Doctorate of Education at the University of Melbourne investigating how students respond emotionally and cognitively when receiving teacher feedback. He is also the Clinical Practice Coordinator in the Master of Teaching (Secondary) at the University of Melbourne, and working in the Science of Learning Research Centre.
