Our favourite education quotes in 2017

As the end of year fast approaches, we've delved into the Teacher archives to look back at some of the content that's been published this year. From there, we've selected a sample of our favourite quotes – those that we believe have helped to shape the year for us and our readers.

Amongst the favourites, we hear from each of our three columnists Professor Geoff Masters, Julia Gillard and Andreas Schleicher; as well as other educational leaders, teachers and academics. The topics range from early grade reading and assessment, to improving the school staffroom and targeting big ideas in maths.

While this 90 second video showcases just a small sample, there are plenty of other quotes that made an impact this year. We'd love to hear what your favourite quotes are, so please get in touch to share your thoughts.
