Dr Sunaina Sharma

Dr Sunaina Sharma is the Program Leader for English and Indigenous Studies at M.M. Robinson High School in Burlington, Ontario, Canada. With over 2 decades of experience as an educator and school leader, she prioritises the needs of her learners above all. When faced with disengaged students, Sunaina embraces a proactive ‘What if?’ mindset, allowing her to implement thoughtful interventions, assess their impact, and refine her strategies. This approach not only enriches the classroom experience but also cultivates a culture of empowerment, encouraging students to take risks and explore new ideas.
