Dr Tim Friedman

Dr Tim Friedman works as a Senior Research Fellow at the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER). Tim serves as Australia's National Project Manager for TALIS, and has extensive roles in large-scale educational assessments. Tim has led ACER's contribution to the development of contextual questionnaire sand their subsequent analysis for several national, regional and international studies, including OECD's International Early Learning and Child Well-being Study (IELS), the Southeast Asia Primary Learning Metrics (SEA-PLM) and Australia's national assessments of ICT literacy, Science Literacy and Civics and Citizenship.
