Rachel Parker

Rachel Parker is a Senior Research Fellow at ACER. She is currently working with the LEGO Foundation on key research about learning through play and global measures of play experiences. She also directs a six-year UNICEF-funded longitudinal study on children’s cognitive, social, and emotional skills and growth the Philippines. Rachel is an education and development specialist with near 20 years’ experience working across the Asia-Pacific region on educational improvement programs for development partners such as ADB, DFAT, UNICEF and World Bank.
