Sue Chandler

Sue Chandler is an education consultant and founder of Transformative Schools. A former teacher, counsellor, and pastoral and strategic leader, she has spent more than 3 decades working in and alongside schools across Australia. Her work focuses on helping educators look beneath behaviour, policy and culture to the systems shaping everyday practice, and supporting leaders to build the relational capability needed to sustain change. Sue is the author of The Relational School (Amba Press, 2026), which explores how schools can design structures that align relational intent with consistent practice.
