John Madden is a Mathematics and Science Teacher at Matthew Flinders Anglican College on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland, Australia. He commenced teaching in Metropolitan Brisbane in 1978 and since then has worked in Indigenous education, held a district-based position and worked at a number of state schools before taking a position at an independent college. He also tutored at the local university for a number of years. He is a lifelong learner with a commitment to continued study and self-improvement; both professionally and personally.
