Dr Tom Stehlik has been teaching and researching in adult learning, organisational development and teacher education at the University of South Australia since 1991, after 10 years as a secondary English and Humanities teacher. In 2014 he visited Finland to research school governance and teacher education, sponsored by an Endeavour Executive Fellowship.
