Dr Neil Saunders is an independent educational researcher and school leadership adviser. He has wide and extensive experience as a teacher and headteacher and a local education authority school improvement adviser. He is particularly interested in enabling schools to secure sustained effectiveness through evidence based CPDL that encourages teachers to think critically and act strategically to respond to the professional challenges and dilemmas they encounter.
