Omar is a practicing Head Teacher at Al-Faisal College in Sydney. He is also an education consultant at High Impact Teachers, specialising in developmental teaching and learning. With years of experience as a faculty leader, teacher, textbook author and teacher educator, Omar helps teachers apply the principles of developmental assessment to their everyday practice. Upon completing his second postgraduate degree in Education, he was inspired to create the learning analytics software ZoneFinder 1.0, for school teachers and leaders to make data-informed teaching decisions.
