Dr Tim Friedman works as a Senior Research Fellow and leads the Questionnaires team at the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER). Tim served as the project director for Australia’s National Assessment Program - ICT Literacy 2022, and international project coordinator for the IEA International Civic and Citizenship Education Study 2022 cycle. He has led ACER’s contextual questionnaires work for other large-scale surveys including the COVID-19 Monitoring Impacts on Learning Outcomes (MILO) project, the OECD International Early Learning Study (IELS) and the Southeast Asia Primary Learning Metrics study (SEA-PLM).
