Program Leader - Collaborative and Reflective Practices at Villanova College

Kate Alexander leads the Collaborative and Reflective Practices Program at Villanova College, a Catholic school for boys in Years 5-12 in Brisbane. She has been the Head of Department for Middle School Social Sciences and currently co-teaches English, History, Geography and Religion in Year 8. Kate’s current research focuses on co-teaching in dynamic learning classrooms, incorporating engaging and rich tasks into the curriculum and school models which align with 21st Century skills within the middle school years.
