Michael joined Upper Yarra Secondary College in 2016 after stints as a teacher and then Assistant Principal in both primary and secondary schools. He has managed a number of portfolios in this time – from curriculum development to student engagement – and one of his key roles currently is leading the college’s wellbeing team. With a keen interest in accessing and utilising student voice, he is focussed on data-driven improvement strategies.
