Stephen Manitta is the Head of Learning and Teaching (Middle School) and a Science and STEM teacher at Thomas Carr College in Tarneit, Melbourne. He has worked with many industry partners such as CSIRO, Big eSports and the Wyndham Tech School to develop curriculum projects that build essential ‘future of work skills’ within the college community. Stephen aims to incorporate the use of Artificial Intelligence-based tools into the rapidly changing world of contemporary education. He is passionate about preparing global citizens, and transforming young people from consumers of technology into innovators of new technologies.
