Samantha Ephraims is an accomplished educator with over 25 years of teaching experience. Holding a Bachelor of Arts (Journalism) and a Bachelor of Education (Primary), Samantha currently teaches Digital Technologies at Kalkie State School and Design and Digital Technologies at CQUniversity’s Bundaberg campus. Her innovative teaching practices have empowered her students to excel, with many achieving recognition through awards at both local and international levels. In 2025, Samantha’s dedication to education and her commitment to fostering creativity and digital literacy were recognised with the prestigious TeachX Professor Betty Watts Award for Outstanding Contribution to Teaching, and the Peter Doherty Award for Excellence in STEM Education.
