Triads – one school's experience

In today's video, Assistant Principal and Director of Learning and Teaching Julie Percy discusses the impact of incorporating triads into the teaching structure of her school.

The staff at St Peter's Primary School in Epping, Victoria, come together in groups to form triads and work collaboratively to improve their practice - focusing on lesson planning and delivery.

In an interview for the Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership's (AITSL) Teacher Feature, Percy explains how students are benefiting from the approach and the tools that the school is using to collect data and measure improvement in outcomes.
