The impact of your feedback

This is our 11th annual reader survey. We read all your responses, and it’s your insights that help shape the future of the magazine. In 2024, you told us you’d like more content on leadership, more research news articles, and for us to focus on topics like curriculum implementationliteracyteacher wellbeing, and more. You can click on the links for each topic to scroll through the content we’ve published in the last 12 months on those topics.

Supporting your wellbeing

This year, we’re also asking you about your wellbeing. The latest Australian research shows that workplace stress is an issue for teachers and leaders, so we’re keen to hear about the strategies you have in your toolkit – either personally or at your school – that are having a positive impact on your stress and wellbeing.

We’d also love for you to tell us if there are any particular wellbeing themes or topics you’d like us to cover in Teacher.

What do you love about your role?

A highlight section of the survey from our team is reading your responses to the question: What do you love about your role? Here’s what some of last year’s respondents told us.

Don’t have time to complete the survey? You can share your feedback below in the comment section.

Our reader survey is open from 27 October 2025 to 28 November 2025. Click here to complete it today.
