Richard Black is the Project Manager for Pedagogy (P-12) and a Year 1 teacher at The Knox School, Melbourne. He was also Project Manager for Assessment (P-12) during 2019 and 2020. Richard works with teaching staff to develop tools for delivering on the mission of personalised learning at TKS. He has led teams to develop learning intentions, success criteria, growth ladders, and rubrics, while exploring the SOLO taxonomy and evidence-based feedback strategies.
