Dr Sandy Nicoll works predominantly at the University of Newcastle as a sessional academic. She commenced her career in 1993 as a targeted graduate for the NSWDoE in a hard to staff school in Mt Druitt. Her PhD focused on how primary PSTs engage students in learning during professional experience. She draws upon an inclusive oriented lens and her own research to advocate for the empowerment of others, especially women. Her passions include #inclusion #maths #art #creativity #photography #coffee.
