Dr Amy Berry is a former Senior Research Fellow in the Effective Practice in Education Program at the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER). Amy’s expertise is in learner engagement, learning through play at school, formative evaluation, pedagogy and teacher professional learning. Her research program focuses on finding better pathways for improving learner engagement at school. Amy is an Honorary Fellow at the University of Melbourne. Prior to that, she worked as a classroom teacher in Queensland.
