Dr Lars Andersson is Principal of Richmond High Schoo in the City of Yarra, Victoria. He has worked in Victorian education since migrating from Sweden in 2000. He previously worked at Glen Waverley Secondary College as Assistant Principal – Teaching and Learning, and Director of Pedagogy; as a Leading Teacher at the Mac.Robertson Girls’ High School; and Head of English at MLC. As a leader, coach and presenter, Lars has spent most of his leadership career exploring what excellence in teaching and learning looks like, and working with teachers to strengthen their capacity to help students learn.
