Gemma Van de Peer is an experienced educational leader with a successful track record of strategic impact in Australian and international schools. As Head of Secondary School at Redlands since 2021, and incoming Deputy Principal from 2026, she has driven academic growth, strengthened student wellbeing, and led the introduction of Moonbah, a bespoke residential learning program for Year 9. Her career includes leadership roles at Our Lady of Mercy College, Loreto Normanhurst and St Aloysius’ College. With a passion for empowering young people through student agency and learning, she continues to successfully balance executive leadership with teaching English at Redlands.
