Tracy Durksen

Tracy Durksen is a Vice Chancellor’s Postdoctoral Research Fellow at UNSW. Her current research focuses on teachers’ professional learning, interpersonal skills, motivation, and engagement. Tracy was a primary school teacher in Canada and currently teaches in the School of Education at UNSW. Her love of teaching and learning was previously fostered through an undergraduate degree in Psychology, a post-degree Bachelor of Education, a Master of Arts in Learning and Development, and a PhD in Educational Psychology.
