Gus is a passionate teacher of Humanities and Politics at Caulfield Grammar School and is the Q4T Program creator and lead. He has an enduring interest in supporting people and enhancing classroom pedagogy. Gus believes strongly in creating conditions that allow teachers to reach their potential in an increasingly difficult profession. He co-hosts the ‘Teach, Tech, Lead’ podcast, is VCAA Politics Chief Assessor and Study Design co-author and is a Fellow of the Victorian Academy of Teaching and Leadership.
