Dr Rashmi Watson has been an educator for over 20 years working as a teacher and teacher educator (across four Australian universities) in undergraduate and postgraduate education. She has worked closely with academics as a teaching and learning staff developer and currently leads the Research Education and Training Program (RETP) for the WA Health Translation Network (WAHTN) at The University of Western Australia. In addition, Rashmi is an invited consultant working with a number of schools and universities across Western Australia to facilitate in a number of areas including whole school improvement, staff development and all aspects of teaching and learning
