Frances Eveleigh is a Senior Research Fellow at ACER. Her background as a teacher and numeracy test developer has provided a sound grounding in the principles of the assessment and measurement of student achievement. She has led the development and implementation of multiple national and international student assessment programs with a focus on assisting schools and jurisdictions in using data to identify areas for focus to improve teaching and learning.
